Scoliosis has us "bent out of shape", so you need to start Very Small. Dip your toe in the waters of yoga and face your fears one day at a time! Don't force yourself to do yoga for an hour if you've never done yoga! I don't even do that! The pain in my neck would not allow it. The best thing to do is start small, even if it's only 5 minutes a day. Just be consistent and practice every single day! Soon, you'll be able to increase your time and intensity gradually. That's the key. Each day for a few minutes!
